Here in this section we periodically will publish short
and sometimes not-so-short stories of interest.

Our current offering for 2008 is

"Doll Oliver’s Daddy"
By Gene Booth

Gene Booth grew up in the forties in a small town between Atlanta and Athens, Georgia where she threw rocks at cars
going down Highway 29 on their way to Athens to the Georgia Tech and U. of Georgia football game, or in the opposite
direction on their way to Atlanta for the same reason. She wrote "Doll Oliver's Daddy" in 1983 while completing a graduate
degree in English/Creative Writing at the University of New Mexico.
